Hi!

We are using Office XP and Office 2003 - English installed on both Win2000 and Win2003 English.

Either OS and Office are up to date in terms of patches/updates.

Our customers are using a macro excel sheet to track events.

There is one weird problem:

Some times (few times but..) when users open this Excel sheet, using standard scren resolution, result is blank screen!

This happened to several desktops, win2000 and winXP using Office 2003 and Office XP.

Although you can see Macros, print the file, save it, it does not appear to the screen.

You could solve this problem switching to "Full Screen" or printing files; meanwhile, in case of further problem we recommended customers to switch to "full screen" to edit this sheet.

Any idea about this problem?

Please help!

Thank you in advance.
Cheers,
Robert
