Hi: I have created an Add-in; I have added the addin to my Excel file. What the addin does is basically; adds an item to the menu bar; and when selected displays a Form. The item is on the menu bar, but when selected I get the following error message:

Application-defined or Object-Defined Error

I can't figure out why it is doing this... Any clues??? Thanks!

Your need to Step through your code in the userform.

Or post here what code you have running in your Userform intialize

Thanks; but I figured it out.... I had a combo box being populated by a worksheet that wasn't included in the file being opened.... However, the worksheet is in the .xla file... I assumed the procedure would default to the .xla file not the file using the .xla...

You have to understand the difference between ThisWorkbook and ActiveWorkbook.

Hope This Helps, PH.
