Excel VBA - Textbox, input not visible - why?

Hi, I have put a textbox onto my excel worksheet but I am having problems with it, when you type something into it, the value seems to be entered into the cell below it and not show in the textbox, however - it is in the textbox as the code I have put behind it, is working. Is there a property I need to set somewhere?, the text colour is black. I'm a bit stumped, can anyone help?
