Excel Time Conversions 1

Anyone know how I can easily convert a listing of time durations in the format hh:mm into integer hours (i.e. 3:15 = 3.25)?

As soon as you do not convert it to string - multiply time by 24 and format as number - time is a fraction with 24h = 1
