Excel Text formatted cell gives up wrapping text half way through

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with cells containing lots of text (500 to 1500 characters long). The cells are formatted as Text with Word text switched on. When Excel displays the text it wraps the text successfully of about the first half of the cell then then rest of the text disappears off in a single line.

Am I hitting a limited here in Excel that I don't know about, or is there a fix for this bug, or is there any handy advice out there?

Any help very much appreciated.

You are hitting a limit ... I believe it's 1024 displayed characters, and then you have trouble.
