I have created a form that I want to have a database created from. I used the template wizard to link all of the appropriate fields to a database. The wizard finished with no error messages, but when I File/New and complete the form, no information flows to the database. Any ideas what I did wrong or missed???

Hello, I apologize up front, I don't know the answer, I actually have a question for you. I didn't know this was possible. Are you creating an Excel form, saving to an Access database, or a Word form, saving to an Excel spreadsheet? Do you know where I can read up on this -- is this an Excel function or Word function or what? Thank you, and I hope someone else can help you with this because I could use this myself.

It is completely within Excel. You create the form, save it, and then follow the Template Wizard. For more info in Help, look under Template Wizard with Database Tracking

Hi! We are trying the same type of function here. Only difference, we are developing a multi-worksheet form. Can't figure out two things: (1) How to tab within the Excel Form. (2) How to seperate data into more than one Access Table. Currently it all goes to one table. If anyone out there has any suggestions - please send them!!!
