Excel save function???

Hi

I need to save an excel file. I know that sounds easy but here is the twist.

The file i need to save is full of links and fourmulas. I want to save a copy that saves into the cells what is on the screen at the point of the save.

So I want a new file that is just the data on screen.

Does that make sense? I then want to send this file to a customer, he will not have access to the linked data.

Hi,

Then for each sheet that has links and formulas you will need to

1. select all
2. copy
3. paste special-values
4. repeat for each sheet
5. save as whatever
