Excel Rows and Columns

Help! I have a user who somehow managed to switch the colun and row labels....so the rows are labled A, B, C, etc and the columns are 1, 2, 3...etc...

Does anyone know how to change this?

From the menu, use: Tools - Options
Then click on the "General" tab.
Under "Settings", check or un-check the "R1C1 reference style"
