My goal is to have created an Excel file that contains some checkboxes, textboxes and a button to send that form as email.
I will create it as Excel, and save it as an .htm file and put a link to it on my internal site.
I wish for users to click the link and open with their browser, then click one of the checkboxes and then enter some text in the textboxes. Then, they would click the button which would send me an email showing what checkboxes they clicked, and the text they entered in the textboxes.
I do not have access to a real web server. Just a computer on the network that currently has some basic Excel files saved as .htm containing data.
