EXCEL Quintile() function 2

Does anyone know of a function that will produce quintiles? The same way that the excel quartile function will work?

Does the PERCENTILE function not have suitable functionality?
=PERCENTILE(A1:A1000,0.2) the 20% quintile
=PERCENTILE(A1:A1000,0.4) the 40% quintile
