Excel problem, entering string wth (c) 1

Hi, the string in question is:

P11-035(c), and I wish to enter it in the Excel Formula Bar without having (c) change to a copyright symbol. Is this possible?

two ways,

either remove the autocorrect entry for (c)

or

type P11-035(c) and a space and immediately press CTRL/z and press enter. u will have to live with the space.
