Excel Printing Multiple Worksheets

Hi one of my users has an odd problem when she is trying to print off multiple files all at the same time.

In Excel 2002 she clicks on Open.
A list of her excel spreadsheets is displayed.
She right clicks and selects print.
What should happen is that all of the selected files print off.
What she gets is the error "This shortcut funtion is unavailable"
She can print in excel normally she can also print in this fasion in Explorer it just seems to be excel that is causing the problem.
Any ideas would be most welcome!

You can't print from the open file dialog, even if you can see this option on the popup menu. The same is with 'open' and 'new' options, and also for word documents.
Simply print open documents or use explorer this way.

No you can really it is working for other users.
Problem is throughout the whole office suite not just excel.
I have given her a work around but still would like to know why it is doing it.

illya is correct...you can print from this dialogue box. I use it frequently to kick off multiple print jobs. Never seen this error, though.
