Hi Folks

I am trying to create an MS excel Query which uses the cell references in an Excel Spreadsheet.
I have no problem running the parameter query with 1 or 2 cells, but my source spreadsheet will have a variable range of cells, greater than 30.

Could anyone tell me if there is a way to pass these cell references to the MS query automatically, so that when the spreadsheet refreshes, the data will be updated.

N.B. My VBA is limited.

Hi WOTRAC,

Consider using one cell to determine the path of your query using the concentate command, this will allow you to merge differnent cell contents to one cell, the concentate command is also limited to 30 value's but there is nothing preventing you from using this command 2 or 3 or more times.

Just select a target cell (the one used in VBA) ,and link this to the cell used for where the link or path is concentated.

With regards

Mike
