Ok, basically I have a column that contains numbers. I was able to get to the bottom of the column by using the End(xlDown).Select property. All I want to do is to make the ActiveCell two cells below. So I'm staying in the same column, but move down two rows so I can sum the total. Beginner question, but I can't figure it out :( Thanks

Have a look at Offset. Something like:
End(xlDown).offset(2,0).Select

I forgot to mention, this macro will be used on multiple excel files, so I can't hard code where to put the total. That would be to easy :) It'll change for every file. Thanks
