Periodically one of my users will be cursing Excel because it has just crashed with a Dr Watson error, and because they have not saved their work recently, it's all now lost.
Is there any way i can minimise the impact of this?
Well, saving regularly would certainly lessen the impact, BUT, I think its more important to find out why it is crashing in the first place.
What error messages do you get?
What circumstances occur when Excel crashes?
Does it happen with the same worksheet or different ones?
What version of Excel/Dr Watson are being used?

.
etc.
Let us know some of the detail and I am sure someone on this forum will be able to provide further advice.
