Hi all, I am creting an excel file. It contains critical/confidential data that I only want other people being able to view it.

I want to protect the file from being saved by them or being print by them.

Is there a way to do it?

Thank's

In a word: No.

If you let people have a copy of a document you can not really stop them doing what they wish with it. There are some superficial protections you can apply (copy protection in PDF isn't bad) but there is no way you can stop them copying it by screen dumping or similar and then OCR'ing the result, or reproducing it in some other way - just as would be the case if they had a paper copy.

Enjoy,
Tony
