Is there an automated way to highlight alternate rows or columns in the entire Excel worksheet without using control/right click.

Thanks

Novice01,

KenWright has a great FAQ about doing exactly that:

Please don't forget to leave feedback for Ken at the bottom of the page.

Hi Novice01,

Ken FAQ is about shading - your question is about selecting.

Do you actually want to select every other row? And, if so, what are you going to do when you have them selected?

Enjoy,
Tony
