I need to write an Excel formula that will take the amount of money in Column P and reduce that amount by 3.21%. For some reason, I have never quite mastered using percentage. Any adice will be appreciated.

=P-0.0321P should reduce the value of P by 3.21%, is this what you mean?

=X*(1-0.0321)

Where X equals the Cell (Column P) which you wish to reduce by 3.21 percent.

If data in P1 then

=P1-(0.0321*P1)

will do the trick
