Can any one tell me if you can easily convert an Excel Form to Access Form

Do you mean excel sheet to access table? If so just open access, change the filter to all files, open up the excel document, and a wizard will walk you throught the rest

Durible Outer Casing to Prevent Fall-Apart

No, a form built in excel with vb code behind it, want it in access as a form
