Excel Export - Values in Excel Sheet Display the word "Others" 1

Please can you help,
when i export to excel from my crosstab report, some of the cells in the spreadsheet display the value "Others", how can i turn this off?

Sounds like you are using a grouping that has a TopN sort.

Or it could be "Specified Order" used as a group option on one of the fields. If this is the case, do you have "discard others" checked under the "other" tab? I might have read that exporting can cause discarded data to appear though. I'm not sure whether hot fixes might address this or not...

Experts,
my cross tab resides in the report footer. i have no grouping at all. i have 8 rows and 2 cols in my cross tab.
i think its because im grouping on so many rows. but i cant be sure. in crystal the view is perfect, its only when i export to excel that i export the value others in my fields.

if you have email addresses i can send you the report (pdf) and the excel export results.
