Excel Error Log.

I have a sheet that allows me to enter almost all of my data then all of a sudden i get an error box that says "EXCEL.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. " This is in a Program Error Box with the exclamation mark in the yellow triangle.


My question is, where is this "error log" and will it leadd me to wahtever the problem with this sheet is. This does not occur on any other excel files.
