Excel - define text color in formula 1

Is there any way to control the text color of a cell's content through an IF statement? I want to set it up so if the contents of a cell is below a certain number, it will be displayed in red (hope that makes sense).
 
Select your range then go to format/conditional formatting. Set your criteria and your desired format. That should do it.
