Does anyone know the formula I can put in a data cell to force a word such as "Information Technology" have the Technology come below Information in a chart label.

Many thanks

Presumably this is about formatting - you could try entering IT instead of Information Technology if it is the width of the label that is causing the problem

Other than that (and I can't promise this'll work), you could enter the data into your base cell as Information ALT + RETURN Technology

the Alt + Retuen forces a line break in the cell that seems to be carried over to SOME of the labelling on charts - it worked on the axis label but you didn't specify which labels it needs to work on so try it and see..... Rgds
