Excel CumIPmnt Function or the Actuarial Method-HELP!!!!

I need to convert an Excel Spreedsheet that uses the CumiPmnt() Function into a report in an Access 2000. As far as I can tell there is no way to do this. Basically the calculation is used to determine the finance charges on a loan using the actuarial method, which as I can tell also is about impossible to find a formula for. If someone has a formula or code that could accomplish this or some other idea I would get down on my knees & worship them..

Have you tried Excel Help on the function? It should show you the exact definition (arguments, formula), which you may replicate in a custom function in Access.

I've looked at Excel help..it shows the arguments, but not the formula.
