Hello Everyone

Question. Is there a formula (or another way) in excel that can count days in a date?
This is what I kind of want (If it's possible)

Example 1
Date 1 - 08/12/2006
Date 2 - 09/12/2006
Answer - 1 Day

Example 2
Date 1 - 01/07/2006
Date 2 - 31/08/2006
Answer - 62 Days

Example 3
Date 1 - 01/01/2006
Date 2 - 31/12/2006
Answer - 365 Days

Any help will be great

[attn]IF[/attn] you have real dates in the cells, then it is as simple as

[tab]=Date2 - Date1

See faq68-5827 for details on how Excel stores dates and times.
