Hello All please advise

I want to have an auto-shape circle in Excel under the Drawing function - to show RED if a cell has a No input and also to show Green when the smae cell has a YES input

I can do this with Conditional Formating within a cell but would like to perform the above within an auto-shape circle

Is this possible ?

Many thanks in advance

Hi,

Sounds to me like a red light/green light chart.

You'll have to do this one with VBA code.

Turn on your macro recorder and record CHANGING the color in on of your shapes.

Then post your question, along with the code you have recorded, in Forum707, if you need help customizing.

Skip,

You'll need to use VBA. Please repost your question in forum707
