How can I get my Excel column titles to print on every break of page without physically typing them in after each break?

I looked at the header and footer options but they seem to be for a completely different purpose.

Do menu command File/Page Setup and activate the Sheet tab.

There you will see an option to set Print Titles, one of which is to specify "Rows to repeat at top", where you can set you column titles row to be repeated on every page.
