Excel chart help needed

I have s spreadsheet with four columns for the last four years and five rows for five different locations. The cells are the sales for the locations in each year. I want to build a bar chart that shows the four years sales for location one next to each other and then the four years sales for location two next to each other, etc. The only thing I'm able to get is all five locations for year one and then all five locations for year two. Is there a way I can do what I want?

once u have plotted the chart, right click on it, choose source data, and under Data Range tab switch from rows to columns.
