I want the value of one cell to transfered in to other cells that I have choosen. Basically I want to mirror what is in the primary cell to another cell. I can't seem to figure this one out so anything would help

Thanks

Kake

A simple formula should do the job for you. If the cell which has the value you want to transfer to other cells is cell A1. Then the formula that belongs in the cells where you want this value to appear is:

=A1

This works for numbers or text. If the result doesn’t look the same, copy the formatting using the format painter tool.

Hope this helps!

unless I miss read the post, Desireeg suggestion should do it.

To enter the formula into all the cells at the same time.
Highlight cells and press ctrl enter

Example
Hold down the control button
Select A1,B55,I22... (what ever cells you want)
Let go of ctrl button
enter formula
Hold Ctrl down and press enter.

I hope this helps
