Hi all,
I have an Excel workbook that's giving me problems. Ever since changing a seemingly innocuous formula, it gets hung up trying to calculate - it puts "Calculating cells: 0%" in the status bar and never proceeds. I can get it to stop calculating by fiddling with the interface, but haven't been able to trace the source of the problem. When I trace dependents for the cell I modified, Excel indicates an off-sheet dependent cell. I know of one, but would like to know if there are others. My questions:

1. Is there any way to know all the cells depending on a certain cell, even those on different sheets?
2. Is there a way to troubleshoot the calculation process beyond the things I'm trying already?

Thanks!

Hi Rob,

The first topic: double-click the arrow when cursor becomes an arrow. A dialog appears with more detailed options.

As for the second, I can only think of manual calculation settings, but it may be something else.
