Excel autofilter arrows

Hi

When I password protect a worksheet the autofilter arrows become unusable.

Is there any way I can arrange things so that the arrows are still usable? ( I have a small amount of VBA knowledge )

Thanks in advance.

If I am not mistaken, you cannot filter a protected list.
