I have an employee that opens an existing worksheet with formulas and makes changes to it. After she makes the changes the formulas do not work (EOMONTH). Then another employee opens it and they do work. After employee 2 opens the file then employee one can open it and the formulas work. How do I get the add-ons needed to the proper location for employee 1?
 
you'd have to install the addons on the machine that employer1 uses

the addons should be on the microsoft site, make sure you reference the addons once you've installed them...
 
Just get user1 to install the Analaysis Toolpak via Tools / Addins on the menu. They may be prompted for the install media.
