Excel: a function to look down a column, find any 0 value and delete 1

I need a macro or something, that would look down an intire row, find cells in that row that are balnk or 0 (zero) value and then hide those intire rows.
Is it possible??

Select Col, do data / Filter / Autofilter - Hit dropdown arrow and select Custom / not Equal to 0.
