Hi all. I am running office 97 on an xp machine. When I click on my documents and try to open an excel file excel launches and I can see the top of the work book (toolbars and all that stuff) but the rest of the sheet does not load. All I see where the text and grid lines and stuff should be is my computers background picture. If I open excel and the go to file open and select the file it opens fine. Any ideas what could be causing this problem?
