Does anyone have a list of the old Excel 5.0 macro commands along with a brief description of each command?

I think you mean XL4
this would be to use the executeexcel4macro method I would imagine - but why ?? what is it that you need to do ??
I've yet to find anywhere that lists these...

Top notch Tony - I couldn't find that anywhere - searched the Knowledgebase but came up with nothing.
