Excel 2k File Properties, Revision Number and Total Editing Time

Can anyone tell me how to modify the Revision Number and or the Total Editing Time as seen in the File Properties of an Excel 2000 File?

Using these properties seems more practical than relying on the "Last Saved" property when making frequent modifications to a file.
