Excel 2003 use of cursor keys changes view 1

Hi,

could you please help me with the following issue:

I don't know why, maybe I used a shortcut without knowing but since today morning,
when I use Excel the use of the cursor keys does NOT change the cell but the view.
I can only go to another cell usign the enter key or the mouse.
My cursor keys work as if I used the scrollbars with the mouse.

Can you help me so that I can jump to other cells using my cursor keys again?

PS: reopening Excel doesn't have any effect as well as opening a new file

You probably have the scroll lock active. Hit the scroll lock key once and try it again.
