Hope someone can help out there......

I've got a Excel document that has got 7 columns and about 15 rows, so this is nothing complicated. I have formatted the column width to auto-fit, and when clicking on the Print Preview button it does appear as though it will fit. Now here's the issue, the first column always seems to miss off the last 1 character when printing the document off. The other columns are fine, and these are both smaller and larger in width than the first column.

The only solution I have got it to manually drag the column width larger enough to accomodate the text.

I have checked all the format settings for the columns and cells and really seem to have hit a brick wall.

Have you tried updating your printer drivers? There is a chance that will resolve the issue.

when you double click the column size, make sure you are viewing at 100%.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have tried 3 different printers (all network printers) and am viewing it at 100%.
