Excel 2000 slow loading macros 1

An Excel sheet with some big macro work going on takes over 15 mins for it to open for one user. If another users opens the same sheet on the same PC it opens and runs in a few sec's. Any Ideas ? Both users have admin rights ! OS is WIN2000

Spot on the link was most help full a corrupted .emf file was removed and its all work well now.
