Would anyone know of a way (trick?) to get above the 20,000 VDN capacity limit on the Avaya ACD? I have an application which requires that I route over 120,000 unique DNIS numbers to a few 100 Vectors and Skills on a single ACD. Most of the DNIS go to relatively few Vectors so it might be possible to aggregate mulitple DNIS to less than 1,000 VDNs.
I have looked at manipulating digits in the trunk forms (ISDN) but because I employ a Data Pass application (via CT Connect) I must allow the switch to see the actual inbound digits. I don't want to have to develop a virtual ACD in front of my Avaya ACD if I can avoid it (kind of self defeating).
I thought that I might use extension ranges to cover to VDNs etc. (trick) but the total Avaya extension capacity appears to be around 50,000 so this probably won't do the job.

On the Nortel 81C w/MAX I am able to pre-define over 150,000 CDNs and point them to their respective CCR scripts.

This is a new S8700/G650 w/ CM 2.0. (Basically the biggest, badest, latest, greatest, Avaya ACD w/ V880 CMS)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
