every time i explorer any folder on my computer explorer keeps shuttin

each time i explorer any folder about 3 to 5 seconds pass then i get the message box that explorer must close
" Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." whta can be causeing this. i have just recently swiped my pc clean and reinstall windows.

It does sound a bit like malware causing the problem.

See if you have the same problem from Safe Mode, also try another user from Normal Mode to see if the problem occurs.
