Event Viewer Error ID: 1008, 2001

I have received the following 2 messages all the time. I really don't know what to do. Can any one help me? Thanks a lot.

Event ID 1008; Source: Perflib;
Description: "The Open Procedure for service "DigiFEP5" in DLL "fepctrs.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0."


Event ID 2001; Source: fepctrs;
Description: "The description for Event ID ( 2001 ) in Source ( fepctrs ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): "

Here's a link to Eventid.net, there's quite a lot of Info on the 1008 error....couldn't find anything relating to the 2001 error though....

Your problem is the preformance monitor is not able to read the registry entries for the DigiFEP5 program. My suggestion to you is to delete whatever program that is and re-install. I could probably tell you more but, I don't know the specifics of the affected program.
