Currently have a 2003 domain that contains 2 domain controls and some member servers, Have created some trusts between this domain and an NT4 domain but in the event logs of the 2003 domain i get the following error message

This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain XXXXXX due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.

When i try to browse from the NT4 domain i get an error message that says There are currently no logon servers avaliable to service the logon request. But i can browse the shares on the master domain controller.

Any ideas on what has gone wrong when i made the trusts (do i need to set any DNS or WINS settings??) and what i can do to fix the error message about no logon servers

how can I check that PDC emulator is working?
If its not will enabling it cause any problems to my client PC's running XP or 2000
