Event Log monitoring tools (need recommendations)

Can anyone recommend an event log monitoring tool?

I've looked at GFI's Security Event Log Monitor put need a tool that does not rely on NT security (I need to moniter my Domain Admins).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
