Hi,
I have taken control over a 2003 member server which is on a 2000 server domain. I keep seeing these entreis in the event log on the 2003 machine:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: LSASRV
Event Category: SPNEGO (Negotiator)
Event ID: 40960
Date: 03/10/2005
Time: 19:05:53
User: N/A
Computer: APPS01
Description:
The Security System detected an authentication error for the server cifs/server.ghl.co.uk. The failure code from authentication protocol Kerberos was "The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication information.
(0xc000006d)".

Steps taken so far -
Checked & rechecked DNS - No problems
Rebooted both servers

The 2000 server name is "server" & the 2003 "APPS01"

Any advice appreciated.
Thanx
G

Greetings-

Any news on this error??? We changed our Domain Admin password and are now receiving this error on our member Exchange server.

Thanx
