Event Log - Can I find whats Causing an error

An error keeps appearing in the event log:

Event ID 1000, Source Urserinit

Windows could not execute \\{servername}\company\IT\Audits\Visual AuditPro\VSAWIN.EXE due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.


it's for a program that has been uninstalled, i'm not sure where it was installed to begin with, is there a way that i can find out which pc or where the call to start the program is coming from.
