Event ID 9665...Memory settings in Exchange

I have a Win2k3 standard server with Exchange 2003 standard running on a server that has 4 GB's of memory...

I received some error initially where I went in and added the /3G and the userva in the boot.ini but I'm still getting the 9665 event id...

According to the kb article, there is also something mentioned about the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
Value name: HeapDeCommitFreeBlockThreshold
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 0x00040000 (recommended)
Value default: not present

Mine is set to 0 right now...Is this something I should also change?

If your HeapDeCommitFreeBlockThreshold value is zero, you should set it (because you have more than 1GB of RAM).

Set the HeapDeCommitFreeBlockThreshold to 262144 which is a hex value of 0x00040000 which is what the 315407 KB article said...Rebooted the machine and get the same memory settings not optimal message in the app log.

Any ideas?
