while moveing a user from exchange 5.5 to 2000 we have managed to connect her mailbox to somebody (we have no idea who) and the mailbox is shown as disabled.
we cannot delete the mailbox or reconnect it to somebody else. On trying to purge we get "This action could not be performed because this mailbox has already been connected to an existing user ID no c1038af9"
How do i find out who the supposed new owner is?
How do i delete the mailbox, no cleanup agent and purge do not work, please see above!!!
Please help as i'm currently lost in an information store and the windows are dark and scary and my mate Google has failed to come up with an answer.
