Event ID 64002

The following message keeps filling up my event log.

File replacement was attempted on the protected system file c:\winnt\system32\mspaint.exe. This file was restored to the original version to maintain system stability. The file version of the system file is 5.0.2150.1.

I installed win 2000 server, then service pack 2, then did a windows update.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No anti-virus, and probably no viruses. I finally just reformated the hard drives using Compaq utilities and reinstalled. It looks like the window 2000 format didn't erase stuff.
