Hi,

I installed a usb modem on W2K Server and am receiving Event ID: 4311 error when rebooting. I have uninstalled the modem but the message is still appearing.

Event Category: None
Event ID: 4311

Description:
Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created.

Any help would be appreciated.
